Our nice school is located in the main avenue of Passeig de Gracia, less than 5 minutes by foot from Plaza Catalunya and 15 minutes walking distance from the beach and the old port. ABOUT US
Born, raised, and educated in Barcelona, Miriam and Maria Angeles met while earning their law degrees at the University of Barcelona. Living and working in Barcelona, they soon decided to found the SpainBcn-Programs in Barcelona in 1997 in order to share their wonderful city with students around the world. To this day, SpainBcn is still their personal project, and they feel proud of making it one of the best foreign student experiences in the world. Everyday, you can find them working at the SpainBcn school to ensure every student has the best possible experience.

 All the Sports are offered in high quality sport camps and pools inside Barcelona and with professional and experienced coaches. ABOUT OUR SPANISH IMMERSION PROGRAMS IN BARCELONA
At the SpainBcn-Programs in Barcelona, we offer not only the opportunity to learn the Spanish language, but also allow students to participate in many cultural and historical programs. This means that for some students, focus can be squarely placed on learning about our beautiful and culturally rich country. Our Spanish courses are designed to quickly develop fluency in the Spanish language for both individual students and groups of all ages and levels of experience.

ABOUT OUR PROFESSIONAL SPANISH TEACHERS
SpainBcn-Programs Spanish teachers and coordinators are all native Spanish speakers with a University degree and professional Spanish teaching experience. They choose to work with us because they want to help foreign students not only learn Spanish, but also come to love our wonderful city. All teachers have extensive experience in teaching Spanish to non-native Spanish speakers, and have received special training in teaching Spanish as a foreign language. Over the years, we have developed our own learning material, provided at the school, which can be tailored to each student’s level.

ABOUT SELECTED HOMESTAY PROGRAMS FOR TEENAGERS
For more than 17 years now, we have been organizing fantastic Youth Summer Programs with selected Homestay accommodation in Barcelona. Fully supervised, these programs are especially designed for those teen students who want to experience a complete Spanish Immersion summer program During the months of June and July, our Homestay Spanish & Cultural Summer Programs for teens combine Spanish classes with a homestay experience, in which students live with a carefully selected and extremely welcoming Spanish host family located near our school. Those interested in sports can also add an athletic component, selecting from Soccer (Football), Tennis, Intensive Swimming, or Basketball. At the sports camps, participants are mixed with Spanish players and the sons and daughters of our host families who are also attending our sports programs.

* One of the strongest aspects of our programs for young students is the aforementioned homestay experience with local host families. We have a large pool of host families who love to collaborate with our programs for teenagers, as they truly enjoy the experience of having students from different countries in their homes. We are very happy to work with such an accomplished and welcoming group of host families; our students always report that after a few days, they feel like another member of the family! Participants can attend the summer program for 1,2, or 3 weeks.

Your group's SpainBcn-Program in Barcelona can include more or less hours of classes at SpainBcn School (content of the lessons according to your requests), more or less hours of cultural excursions or guided visits. You might like to include a Flamenco class with our professional Flamenco dancers or a Spanish Cooking class or a Sport training camp or Art routes. Just inform us about your students' preferences and interests. Our "taylor made" program will meet all your requests...from the airport pick ups on arrival and departure dates, at the best cost!.
